I was about to toss up a link to an old mixtape of mine for this Monday Music frenzy on Twitter. I wanted to share an old track I rhymed over by 45 King. What I ended up finding when I googled “Neo Retro Spectro Graphiks Vol. 1″ was a Youtube of one of the songs. (Man Sized Steps featuring Thinker) I was thrilled to see that it actually had over sixteen hundred views and a handful of comments. Someone took it upon their self to upload this song. I mean they had to actually take the song and make a video with it in order to upload it. That took work, time and effort. They felt that other folks should hear it obviously and shared it becuase most likely there’d be others that would enjoy it. In this age of everyone shouting support the artists, this gesture epitomizes just that. I’m so appreciative. There are music lovers that are proactive!

It’s funny, a couple days ago my friend Demostina was talking about this song and affirmed it is her favorite ‘Conscious’ song. She even painted a piece to it.
